曾聽過人說：勝過自己無往不利…
其實這話也對也不對，對的是：
人的自己的確是人間最大的問題，其實也是您人生痛苦的來源。
但是不對的是：
人的「自己」聖經告訴我們，人是無法克服的，
只有一個方法可以克服，都寫在這短片裡，分享給您。

有一仇敵，其力潛伏，信徒無不懼怕，
奸狡遠超生來之罪，與心更為融洽。
就是那個倔強的己，那個任性的我；
這個自己必須釘死，在我主纔能活。

在我老舊天性裡面，己是強而有力：
自信、自愛、自誇、自耀，全都隨著己意。
己的各面必須拒絕，必須置於死地，
我纔能進靈中迦南，得享主作安息。

那篡奪你寶座的己，主阿，救我脫離！
願『我』失去在你裡面，永遠不得復辟。
哦主，使我脫離自信，脫離自滿、自足；
完全以你作我能力，並作我的住處。

救我脫離己的尋求，不再為著自己；
使我總是躺在祭壇，獻上作你活祭。
脫離驕傲、誇耀、顯揚，脫離虛榮、美譽，
只以基督為我誇耀，惟獨將祂高舉。
5
求主向我猛烈吹氣，燒殺我的自己；
所有己的各方各面，永遠不再復起。
當你榮光充滿帳幕，摩西也難站立；
願你榮耀將我充滿，永遠殺死這己。

By Thy consuming breath;
Show me Thy heart, Thy wounds, Thy shame,
That self be put to death.
When the Shekinah flame came down,
E’en Moses could not stay;
So let Thy glory fill me now,
And self forever slay.
