基督徒最大的操練還不是如何作出佳美的道德，
而是讓基督從我裡面活出來。

主，求你向我吹聖靈，教我如何吸入你；
助我向你胸懷一傾 我的犯罪與自己。
副) 我是呼出我的愁苦，呼出我罪污；
我是吸入，一直吸入，你所有豐富。

我是呼出我的生命，我纔可能被充滿；
放棄軟弱或是力勁，吸入憐憫和恩湛。
3
呼出我的罪律桎梏，你已為我全除摒；
吸入你的聖潔豐富，發現惟你是生命。

我正呼出我的憂愁 在你慈愛的胸臆；
吸入你的喜樂、保守，吸入你的甜安息。

我正呼出我的病勢，你早已為我負擔；
我正吸入你的醫治，因你早已賜平安。

我今呼出我的羨慕，入你慈愛的耳中；
我今吸入你的答覆，平靜疑惑和驚恐。

我今每刻都在呼吸 你的生命作生命；
一呼一吸都在乎你，求你由我來顯明。

In Thy listening, loving ear;
I am breathing in Thy answers,
Stilling every doubt and fear.

I am breathing every moment,
Drawing all my life from Thee;
Breath by breath I live upon Thee,
Lord, Thy Spirit breathe in me.
